I write and publish criticism, comic autobiography and prose fiction.
For example:
I write regular reviews and interview features for the music magazine Loud and Quiet.
I have written for publications including DIY Mag, Guardian Online, The Culture Vulture, Zest Magazine, Huffington Post, Food&, E1ife (as Katie Savin), Instyle.co.uk, Times Higher Education and The Conversation.
From 2012-2017 I authored the blog Reasons to be Single which won the 2013 Cosmopolitan Blog Award in the ‘Best Sex and Relationships’ category, after being shortlisted from over 40,000 entrants.
I am currently drafting a coming of age novel set in south east London, and am working on several creative writing projects including an A-Z of short stories.
I love collaborating. I was part of Toby Melville-Brown’s exhibition The Future was Big, providing story synopses for his speculative Sci-Fi covers.
